Cadaverous Condition, an Austrian extreme metal band from Graz, was founded in 1990 by René Kramer and Wolfgang Weiss. The group's initial releases included In Melancholy (1993) and the EP Eisbär 90210 (1995). Their music ranges from old-school death metal to acoustic guitar-driven songs featuring traditional death metal growls, a style the band describes as "Death Folk". Their discography includes albums like "For Love" I Said (1995), The Lesser Travelled Seas (2001), and To The Night Sky (2006). Notable collaborations include the remix album Destroying The Night Sky (2008), featuring Thighpaulsandra, Andrew Liles, and Nocturnal Emissions. Cadaverous Condition's live performances were documented in their 2002 release Live. Their studio album, Burn Brightly Alone, was released on September 23, 2011.
