Biography

Buster Shuffle is a British ska band formed in London in 2007. Comprising Jethro Baker (vocals, piano), Dan Piper (guitar), Popeye Doyle (double bass) and Terry Mascall (drums), the quartet dispense a blend of ska and festive punk mixed with cockney humor. A product of London's pub scene, Buster Shuffle has forged a reputation for catchy anthems on albums Our Night Out (2009), Naked (2014), I'll Take What I Want (2017) and Go Steady! (2022). The band has shared the stage with such ska legends as Madness, The Specials and The Beat, as well as Flogging Molly. In 2025, the album Together, in keeping with the upbeat mood of previous albums, reached number 7 in the independent charts.
