Biography
Brendan Angelides is an American electronic music producer and composer. He began his career under the stage names Eskmo and Welder, releasing early works such as the single "Cliffside / Embryonic" and the single "Hypercolor". His breakthrough came with the release of Eskmo on Ninja Tune in 2010. Angelides has since released several notable albums and EPs including We Got More / Moving Glowstream, SOL, and Oxygen. He composed scores for various films, television series, and video games, notably all four seasons of Netflix's 13 Reasons Why and all seven seasons of Showtime's Billions. In 2024, he was nominated for a BAFTA Award for his score on Ubisoft's Assassin's Creed Mirage. Angelides also co-composed the score for Darren Aronofsky's Postcard From Earth, showcasing his versatility and impact in both electronic music and film scoring.
