Boris Dlugosch, born 2 August 1968 in Germany, is a German DJ and electronic music producer whose career began at age sixteen in 1986. His early releases included the single "Keep Pushinâ" (1996) and the EP Keep Pushin' (The Mixes) (5 September 1996), which established his presence in the club scene. In 1997 he released the mini-album Hold Your Head Up High, followed by Strictly Pride â97 the same year. The 1999 mini-album Blen Blen and the 2000 releases Azzurro and A Taste Of Peppermint Jam expanded his catalogue. Dlugoschâs 2004 album Bionic Breaks and the 2007 studio album Radio Disco (18 May 2007) marked significant milestones, while the 2009 single "Bangkok" (15 December 2009) and 2012âs "Knalldrang" (10 December 2012) demonstrated his continued relevance. In 2020 he issued the EP Never Enough(18 September 2020). His remix of Molokoâs "Sing It Back" in 1999 propelled him into international club notoriety, and the 2001 single "Never Enough" featuring RóisÃn Murphy reached number 16 on the UK Singles Chart. Throughout his career Dlugosch has signed with labels such as Peppermint Jam, Lektroluv, and Nurvous Records, and has collaborated with artists including Mousse T., Inaya Day, and Michi Lange, cementing his status as a persistent contributor to electronic music.
