Biography
Bondax is an electronic music duo from England, comprising Adam Kaye (born 1â¯Aprilâ¯1994) and George Townsend (born 17â¯Septemberâ¯1993). The pair met while studying at Queen Elizabeth School, Kirkby Lonsdale, and began producing together in the early 2010s, gaining initial exposure through BBC Introducing Lancashire before receiving airtime on BBC Radioâ¯1 from DJs such as Nick Grimshaw and Annie Mac. Their first EP, Baby I Got That, was released on 10â¯Septemberâ¯2012, followed by the EP Giving It All on 23â¯Septemberâ¯2013 and the remix compilation All I See Remixes on 6â¯Octoberâ¯2014. Singles such as "Gold" (21â¯Januaryâ¯2013), "Giving It All" (23â¯Septemberâ¯2013), "All I See" (23â¯Juneâ¯2014), and "Neo Seoul" (16â¯Februaryâ¯2018) established their presence on the scene. In 2012 the duo launched their own label, Justâ¯Usâ¯Recordings, and performed at European festivals including Bestival, Creamfields, and Beacons. Their work is noted for its genreâtranscending style and has earned them a dedicated following within the future garage and electronic scenes.
