Bombay Rockers is a Danish musical duo consisting of Thomas Sardorf and singer Navtej Singh Rehal, who is also known as Naf. The group formed in 2002 or 2003 when Rehal was introduced to the production duo WCA. The duo features Rehal providing Punjabi and Hindi vocals while Sardorf sings in English. Their first collaboration âAri Ariâ received significant airplay in Denmark. In July 2003, the band performed with the duo Filur at the Roskilde Festival. They released the single âSexy Mamaâ in late 2003, which was followed by the hit âRock tha Partyâ. The duo released the remix album Rock tha Party in 2004. Their debut studio album Introducing... (2005) achieved five-times Platinum status with sales exceeding 100,000 records. Subsequent studio albums include Crash and Burn (2007) and Rock and Dhol (2011). The latter album featured the singles âLet's Danceâ, âNava Navaâ, and âIshqâ, which were popular in Denmark, India, and Pakistan. The song âRock tha Partyâ was featured in the 2016 film Rocky Handsome.
