Sean Chambers, born on the Gulf Coast of Florida, is an American blues rock singer and guitarist. He began his musical journey by fronting a Stevie Ray Vaughan tribute band in the early 1990s. His debut album, Strong Temptation, was released in 1998. Chambers toured with Hubert Sumlin for four years, contributing to Sumlin's 2004 album, About Them Shoes. He has since released several albums including Humble Spirits (2004), Ten Til Midnight (2009), and Live From The Long Island Blues Warehouse (2011). His later works, Trouble & Whiskey (2017) and Welcome to My Blues (2018), both charted on the US Billboard Blues Albums Chart. Chambers has collaborated with musicians such as Derek Trucks, Gregg Allman, and Kim Simmonds. In 2021, he released a tribute album, Thatâs What Iâm Talkin About - Tribute to Hubert Sumlin, honoring his mentor.
