Billy Reekie is a singer and musician from Fife, Scotland. He grew up between Glenrothes and Kirkcaldy, where he first became interested in music at an early age, learning to play the piano with his family. As a teenager, he joined a theater troupe, which helped him develop his confidence on stage. He writes and performs with organic instruments, developing an emotive pop style with influences ranging from classic soul and Motown to contemporary British pop artists. He was a contestant on the TV show Little Mix - The Search, which greatly contributed to his visibility. In 2025, his debut single "Song That I Sing" topped the charts on Scottish platforms, then reached #14 in sales and #10 in UK downloads. He followed this up with the singles "Easier " (#25 in sales and #21 in downloads) and "Miracle" (#16 in sales and #13 in downloads). In 2026, the single "When You Were Mine" is released, followed by the debut album Strange Times, charting at no. 25 in the download charts.
