Bernard Park, born Park Nak-joon on January 29, 1993, in Chicago, Illinois, is an American singer of South Korean origin. He moved to Atlanta, Georgia, at a young age and gained initial recognition as the winning contestant of K-pop Star Season 3, which aired its final episode on April 13, 2014. Following his victory, he signed with JYP Entertainment and made his official debut on October 13, 2014, with the extended play I'm.... The album peaked at number 9 on the Gaon Album Chart and included the pre-release track "I'm" (ë), a reinterpretation of a song by Park Jin-young. Bernard Park's career saw notable collaborations, including "Farewell Under the Sun" (ëë®ì í ì´ë³) with Suzy from Miss A. He also participated in various concerts and tours, such as the JYP Nation "One Mic" concert in Seoul on August 9, 2014. Bernard Park's discography includes singles such as "Because I Love You" (2014), "Blame" (2017). On December 7, 2018, Bernard Park enlisted for mandatory military service in South Korea, completing his duties on July 27, 2020.
