French rapper Beendo Z, whose real name is Jordy Mbvoumin, was born in Dunkirk (Nord) on March 17, 1998. He grew up in Saint-Gratien, in the Val-d'Oise department, and was set on a career in soccer before turning to rap. Influenced by drill and trap, he released several notable tracks such as âPegi 18â and âDébrouillard pas bandit, â before the 2022 release of his debut album, *LâÃlu*, which peaked at No. 26 on the SNEP chart. Having broken out with the track âPas bêteââa viral hit certified diamondâBeendo Z collaborated with producer Feuneu and further developed his style on the album *De la Fontaine* (2023), highlighted by the track âNature morte.â At the same time, he continued his series *Inspiré de faits réels*, which began in 2021 and had reached eight installments by 2025. That year, he released the EP *Propa*, featuring the viral hit âQuitter la partieâ and guest appearances by La Fève, Genezio, and KLM.
