Biography
Bad Haggis, a US musical group based in the United States, was formed in 1998. The band was led by piper Eric Rigler and featured Mike Hoffmann on electric guitar and acoustic guitar, Mick Linden on electric bass and vocals, Bryon Holley on drums, and Alberto Lopez on percussion. Bad Haggis gained early recognition when a tune from the group was featured in the first season of Crossing Jordan. The band released their self-titled debut album Bad Haggis in 1998, followed by Ark in 2000 and Trip in 2001. Eric Rigler played bagpipes on several movies including Titanic, Braveheart, and Austin Powers. In 2005, Bad Haggis released their album Wine Dark Sea.
