Their breakthrough came with "Money Jane", featuring Kardinal Offishall, Jully Black, and Sean Paul, which won the 2001 MuchMusic Video Award for Best Rap Video. In December 2000, they released their debut album Private Party: Collectors Edition. The group received two Juno Award nominations in 2001. Their second album, Private Party Collectors Edition Vol. 2, was released in June 2001 and reached Number 11 on the Canadian Albums Chart.
