Biography

Azari & III, a Canadian electronic music group formed in 2008, consisted of Dinamo Azari, Fritz Helder, Alphonse Laza (Alixander III), and Cedric Gasaida (Starving Yet Full). Their initial breakthrough came with the release of their first single, "Hungry for the Power", in 2009. Following this, they released "Reckless (With Your Love)" and collaborated with Friendly Fires on the track "Stay Here". In August 2011, Azari & III released their self-titled debut album, which charted at number 13 on the UK Dance Albums Chart. The band performed at festivals such as Glastonbury, Lovebox, and SÃ³nar. In 2012, they were nominated for a Polaris Music Prize. The band released Remix Album 2013 and Body Language Vol. 13 in 2013 before announcing their split later that year.
