Biography
As December Falls is an alternative rock and pop-punk band from Nottingham, UK. Formed in 2014, it comprises Bethany Hunter on vocals, Ande Hunter on guitar, Timmy Francis on bass and Lukas James on drums. From the outset, the band adopted a totally independent ethos, refusing record labels and relying on self-production as well as direct fan support. They first came to prominence with two EPs before releasing their self-titled debut album in 2019, followed by Happier in 2021, which consolidated their distinctive sound blending catchy choruses, powerful riffs and pop-punk energy. In 2023, their third album Join the Club reaches number 11áµ in the official UK chart and number one in the rock and metal chart, with no industrial backing. Known for their dynamic live performances and close-knit communication with their audience, As December Falls have performed at major UK and European rock festivals. In 2025, the band continued in the same vein with a series of singles leading to the album Everything's on Fire But I'm Fine.
