Biography
Ani Kyd is a Candadian musician, actor, and life coach. She has collaborated with artists including Meegan Bradfield (Limblifter), Lisa Wagner (Moist), Gene Hoglan (Strapping Young Lad), and Byron Stroud (Fear Factory). Kyd played guitar for THOR and released her debut album, Evil Needs Candy Too (2005), produced by Jello Biafra, who also performed backup vocals. From 2005 to 2007, she was a lead singer in the metal/rock band Approach The Throne alongside Chris âValâ Valagao (Zimmers Hole). Between 1986 and 2010, Kyd performed extensively, appearing at live shows and major tours alongside bands such as THOR, D.O.A., Our Lady Peace, Bif Naked, and the Melvins.
