Biography

Andy Griggs is a US country singer. He experienced tragedy early in life. His father, a praise and worship leader at his local church, died when he was eleven-years-old and his brother Mason died at the age of 21. He moved to Nashville in 1995 and played in the bluegrass band Jerry and Tammy Sullivan. Griggs made his solo debut with the album 'You Won't Ever Be Lonely' in 1999. The album was a big success and contained the hits 'She's More', 'I'll Go Crazy' and 'You Won't Ever Be Lonely'. His second album was 'Freedom' in 2002, featuring the single 'Tonight I Wanna Be Your Man'. His heartfelt songs have found a ready audience. He released the album 'This I Gotta See' in 2004 featuring the hit single 'If Heaven', a cover of the Gretchen Peters song. His next album was 'The Good Life' in 2008. He released the album 'Naked' in 2013. In 2015 he featured on the single 'Story of My Life' with Jamie O'Neal and Ty Herndon.
