Andrzej Zaucha (1949â1991) was a Polish rhythm and blues, jazz, and pop singer, saxophonist, and actor born in Kraków. A self-taught musician, Zaucha began his career as a drummer before becoming the lead vocalist for the jazz fusion band Dżamble. He released the album WoÅanie o sÅoÅce nad Åwiatem (1971) with the group and subsequently joined the band Anawa, releasing a self-titled LP in 1973. Zaucha began a solo career in 1980, followed by the concept album Wszystkie stworzenia duże i maÅe (1983). His 1987 album, Stare, nowe, najnowsze, included the songs âBÄ
dź moim natchnieniemâ and âC'est la vie â Paryż z pocztówkiâ. In 1988, Zaucha released the song âByÅaÅ serca biciemâ, which won an award at the National Festival of Polish Song in Opole. His discography also includes a self-titled English-language album (1989). Zaucha died in Kraków on October 10, 1991.
