Alexandre Kinn, born on March 14, 1974, is a French singer-songwriter. After studying history and geography with a specialization in Egyptology, he traveled to Egypt and New Orleans before returning to France to perform in Parisian bars under the stage name Kinn. In 2006, Kinn signed his first contract with independent label Interphonics. His debut album Dans la Tête d'un Homme was released in 2007 under Universal Music, produced by Bob Coke and featuring the single "Aude (Emmène-Moi...)". In 2009, Kinn received the Charles-Cros Prize for high school students. He joined Sporto Kantes as a guitarist for 60 dates while preparing his second album Si le Vent Se Lève, released in 2013 under label 17H and featuring the single "Les Folliculaires".
