Biography
Justin Andrew Honard, known professionally as Alaska Thunderfuck 5000 or simply Alaska, was born on March 6, 1985, in Erie, Pennsylvania. She is an American drag queen and singer who began her career after moving to Los Angeles to pursue acting. After discovering a passion for drag, Honard created the persona of Alaska Thunderfuck 5000 and started performing at various clubs, including Fubar in West Hollywood. In 2013, Alaska gained significant recognition as a runner-up on the fifth season of RuPaul's Drag Race. Following her appearance on the show, she released several singles, including "Ru Girl" and "Your Makeup Is Terrible". Her debut album, Anus, was released in June 2015. In 2016, Alaska returned to Drag Race as a contestant on the second season of RuPaul's Drag Race All Stars, where she won four challenges. She has since released additional albums, including Poundcake.
