Biography

Alana Grace is an American singer, songwriter, actress, and philanthropist. She was raised in Nashville, Tennessee, where her musical upbringing was influenced by her father and grandfather. At age 14, she was selected as a finalist in the Nashville Grammy Showcase. Grace released her debut studio album, Break The Silence, in 2007, through Fragile Heart Records, featuring the single "Black Roses Red," which appeared on the soundtrack of the film Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants. Her second album, With One Word, was released in 2009. Following her solo career, she became the lead singer of the band This Is She, formerly known as TOY, which evolved from her early touring with the Vans Warped Tour. Grace has also acted in films and television, and she has been active in charitable work since the age of 12, supporting organizations such as the Children's Miracle Network, Grand Slam for Children, and the James Redford Institute for Transplant Awareness.
