Alice Kristina Ingrid Gernandt, known professionally as Ace Wilder, was born on July 23, 1982, in Stockholm, Sweden. She began her career singing and dancing behind international artists on world tours before launching her solo career in 2012 with the single "Do It". Her debut, A Wilder EP, was released in 2013 and won "Best Music Album of the Year" at the Scandipop Awards. She achieved significant success in Sweden through her participation in Melodifestivalen, qualifying for the final with "Busy Doin' Nothin'" in 2014 and placing second overall. Following this breakthrough, Wilder released several EPs, including Riot (2014), The Wild Card (2015), and Stupid (2015). She continued to compete in Melodifestivalen in subsequent years, notably placing third in 2016 with "Don't Worry" and seventh in 2017 with "Wild Child".
