Biography
A Mountain of One is a British band formed in 2006 by London-based musicians and producers Zeben Jameson and Mo Morris. The duo's music blends psychedelic rock and prog-rock elements. Before forming A Mountain of One, multi-instrumentalist Jameson worked as a touring musician with Oasis, Tricky, and The Pretenders, while Morris was active as a producer and DJ. Their initial releases included the EPs Ride, Silver, and Gold. In 2008, they compiled these tracks onto their debut album, Collected Works. The following year saw the release of their second album, Institute of Joy, which was produced by Jameson and Morris and mixed by Guy Massey (Spiritualized/Manic Street Preachers) and Danton Supple (Coldplay/Morrissey).
