Bio

Jim McInnes began his radio career in Madison, Wisconsin, in the spring of 1970. He moved to San Diego in 1973 and has been a fixture on Southern California radio since then. He was also a television VJ in the early 80’s and hosted a nationally syndicated radio comedy series between 1986 and 1991. From 2007 to 2015, Jim was a news anchor for a major talk radio station. He also hosts a weekly blues show on Public Radio and plays guitar in a San Diego rock band! Favorite Interview: Ray Manzarek Favorite Band: There are too many to name just one!
