Biography
American alternative rock band Yeasayer, formed in Brooklyn, New York, in 2006. It consists of Anand Wilder (vocals, guitar), Chris Keating (keyboards) and Ira Wolf Tuton (bass). Drummer Luke Fasano was only involved in the band's first album, All Hour Cymbals (2007), hailed for its originality and the various folk, psychedelic and ethnic ingredients that go into its composition. Yeasayer's second album, Odd Blood (2010), is both experimental and accessible, followed two years later by Fragrant World. Yeasayer returned in 2016 with the album Amen & Goodbye, produced by Joey Waronker.
