M-Clan, a Spanish rock band from Murcia, was formed in March 1993 by Carlos Tarque, Santiago Campillo, Juan Antonio Otero, Pascual Saura, and Ãñigo Uribe. Ricardo Ruipérez joined later after meeting Tarque during military service. The group initially gained traction through live performances and a mini vinyl released by Subterfuge. In 1995, they signed with Dro Atlantic Records and traveled to Memphis to record their debut album Un Buen Momento. Their second album, Coliseum, followed in 1997. The band achieved success with the release of Usar y Tirar in 1999, which sold over 200,000 copies and featured the hit single âCarolinaâ. Notable albums include Defectos Personales (2003), Sopa FrÃa (2005), and Para No Ver El Final (2010). The band has undergone several lineup changes, including the departure of Santiago Campillo in 2001. M-Clan continues to perform and release music, with later albums including Delta (2016), El Azogue (2020), and Sin Enchufe (2021).
