Biography

Win Kyaw Htoo (born on August 20, 1990) is a Burmese-Japanese singer and actor, mostly known for his involvement with J-pop boy band PrizmaX. Though born in Myanmar, Morisaki moved to Japan at the age of 10 and soon embarked on a promising career in the entertainment industry. His first brush with fame came in 2008, when he became the lead vocalist of PrizmaX, with whom he went on to release a string of successful singles and two studio albums, Gradually (2017) and FRNKSTN (2019), before calling it quits towards the end of the decade. Apart from his music career, Morisaki acted in several feature films, most notably Isao Yukisada’s Parade (2009) and the Steven Spielberg-directed sci-fi blockbuster Ready Player One (2018), which propelled him to international stardom. In 2020, he received a Japan Academy Film Prize in the Newcomer of the Year category for his participation in the 2019 drama Listen to the Universe and provided his voice to the interactive film adventure game Death Come True.
