Biography

Vitor Kley (born Vitor Barbiero Kley on August 18, 1994 in Porto Alegre) is a Brazilian singer-songwriter known for his warm, acoustic-inflected pop style and introspective lyricism. He made his first recordings independently with Eclipse Solar in 2009 and followed it with Luz a Brilhar in 2012, both showcasing his early songwriting rooted in folk-pop. His breakthrough came in 2017 with the massive hit “O Sol,” which became one of Brazil’s most streamed singles and earned him diamond certification. After signing with Midas Music in 2015, he released the EP Vitor Kley (2016) and then his major-label debut album Adrenalizou in 2018, which included top tracks like “Morena” and earned a platinum certification. In 2019 he issued Microfonado, a live-style recording featuring collaborations with Samuel Rosa and Anavitória and praised for its raw, acoustic production. His fifth studio album, A Bolha (2020), produced by Rick Bonadio, featured the singles “O Amor é o Segredo,” “Jacarandá” (with Vitão), and “Dúvida” (with Jão), and earned a Latin Grammy nomination. In 2023, he released the live album A Bolha Ao Vivo em São Paulo, capturing his concert energy, followed in April 2025 by As Pequenas Grandes Coisas, which includes acclaimed singles such as “Que Seja de Alegria,” “Segredos,” “Carta Marcada,” and the reflective lyric piece “De Novo.”
