Japanese singer-songwriter Uru began her career as a solo artist under the label SMAR. Her debut single "æã®ä¸ã®å"was released in June 2016, followed by the single "The last rain" in October of the same year. In 2017, she released notable singles including "Freesia", "ããããã®è©©", and "å¥è¹", and her first studio album ã¢ãã¯ãã¼ã was released later that year. Uru continued to expand her repertoire in 2018 with singles such as "Remember" and "Prologue". In 2019, she released "é¡ã", followed by "ããªãããããã¨ã§" in February 2020. Her second studio album ãªãªãªã³ãã«ã¼was released in March 2020, and later that year she issued the EP Break / æ¯ãå in October. In 2020, Uru achieved a significant milestone by receiving the Special Achievement Award at the 62nd Japan Record Awards. She went on to release "First Love" in February, 2021 and "ãããæã¨å¼ã¶ãªã" in May 2022, returning in 2023 with, ã³ã³ãã©ã¹ã.
