Biography

Eito Takahashi, known mononymously as Eito, was born on June 3, 1997, in Asahi-ku, Yokohama, Kanagawa, Japan. He began his musical journey by attending Mesar Haus in Tokyo and self-released his debut single "KÅsui" in April 2019. The song gained significant traction on TikTok and topped the Billboard Japan Hot 100 in May 2020, remaining in the top ten for 27 consecutive weeks and accumulating over 200 million streaming plays. Following this success, Eito signed with A.S.A.B for recording and Setsuna International for management. In December 2020, he released his debut album ãã£ãããã. His achievements include winning the Number 1 MTV Video Music Awards Japan for MTV Breakthrough Song and the 62nd Japan Record Awards for Excellent Work.
