Biography

Too Close to Touch was an American rock band from Lexington, Kentucky formed in 2013. The group's initial lineup included guitarist Mason Marble and drummer Kenny Downey, who began playing together in 2008. They released their debut EP Too Close to Touch on October 21, 2014, through Epitaph Records, which marked the bandâs breakthrough moment. Their full-length album Nerve Endings, released on March 24, 2015, received favorable reviews and earned a score of 72 on Metacritic. The band's frontman Keaton Pierce passed away in 2022. In an effort to preserve his musical legacy, the band released their final album For Keeps on March 8, 2024 through Epitaph Records.
