Toe Fat were an English rock ensemble from England active between 1969 and 1971. The ensemble was founded by former Rebel Rouser Cliff Bennett and included Ken Hensley, John Glascock, and Lee Kerslake. Their recording career began with the debut studio recording Toe Fat (1970), released through Parlophone in the United Kingdom and Rare Earth in the United States. The recording featured the track âWorking Nightsâ (1970) and an early Elton John composition âBad Side of the Moonâ (1970). They conducted a tour of the United States supporting Derek and the Dominos. Their recording career includes the studio recording Toe Fat Two (1970). The ensemble became inactive in 1971 after their management and labels ceased funding. Hensley and Kerslake joined the ensemble Uriah Heep, while Glascock joined the ensemble Jethro Tull.
