Biography

Tikkle Me was a Swedish music group formed in 2006 in Eskilstuna by Frida HerchenrÃ¶ther and Karin Taberman. The band began as members of the now-defunct group Fairy Floss, transitioning into Tikkle Me with live performances that eventually led to their first EP release, Butterflies in My Tummy, on A West Side Fabrication in 2009. Following this, they released two more EPs, Blow My Brains Out and Wake Up, as well as their self-titled debut album Tikkle Me in 2010. Their second album, What is Real, followed in 2014. Tikkle Me performed at major Swedish festivals such as Peace & Love, Hultsfred, Arvika, and Emmaboda, as well as international events in Russia, Ukraine, and Belarus. The band incorporated visual elements into their live performances, including background dancers and projections.
