Tiffany Jane Wood, born 8 November 1977, is an Australian pop singer who rose to prominence as a member of the Australian girl group Bardot. After auditioning for the first season of Popstars in 1999, she joined Bardot in early 2000 following Chantelle Barryâs departure; the group debuted with "Poison" and a selfâtitled album Bardot that both topped the Australian charts. Subsequent singles "I Should've Never Let You Go", "These Days", "ASAP", "I Need Somebody" and "Love Will Find a Way" all reached the Australian top 20, and Bardot toured internationally before disbanding in May 2002. Tiffany Jane Wood signed with Warner Music Australia and released "What R U Waiting 4" in March 2004, peaking at number 27. In 2005 she founded Mudhoney Records and issued singles "Devil in Your Soul", "Spin the Bottle" and a cover of "I Touch Myself", leading to her solo album Bite Your Tongue in October 2006. After her first childâs birth, she released the lullaby album Acoustic Dreams â Lullabies for Babies in 2008, appeared in stage productions such as Las Vegas Confidential â The Musical (2007) and Valentino (2009), and opened the performing arts school Popstar Kidz in Queensland in 2017. She reunited online with former Bardot members for a 20âyear anniversary aâcapella performance of "Poison" in April 2020 and competed on The Summit in 2024.
