Biography
The Young Werewolves, an American rock band from Philadelphia, formed in 2002. The trio initially came together after guitarist Nick Falcon posted ads seeking musicians interested in a sound blending The Ramones and Buddy Holly. Their debut album, The Young Werewolves, was released on October 5, 2004. The band's music gained traction with the underground press and specialty radio stations, leading to frequent touring. In 2007, their song "Dr. Jeckyll and Mr. Hyde" featured narration by Sid Haig, who also served as executive producer for their second album, Cheat the Devil, released in 2008. The band's third album, Sins of the Past, was released in 2011. Their music has been licensed for various television shows, including MTV's The Real World and AMC's Monsterfest programming. In 2015, VH1 recognized The Young Werewolves as a defining band within the Horror Rock genre.
