Biography

The Suicide Twins, a Finnish rock band, was formed in 1986 by Andy McCoy and Nasty Suicide following the break-up of Hanoi Rocks. The duo recorded their sole album, Silver Missiles and Nightingales, featuring acoustic guitars and shared vocal duties with René Berg. The album included the single "Sweet Pretending", for which a music video was filmed showcasing Nasty lip-syncing to René's lead vocals. Released by Castle Communications, the album was often cited as a classic. Notably, the track "The Best is Yet to Come" was later covered by Samantha Fox.
