The Night Flight Orchestra are a Swedish hard rock band from Helsingborg, formed in 2007 by Björn Strid (Soilwork) and David Andersson (Soilwork, Mean Streak) during a tour in North America. Their music blends elements of classic rock, AOR, and hard rock, drawing inspiration from the 1970s and 1980s. The band has released several studio albums, including Internal Affairs (2012), Skyline Whispers (2015), Amber Galactic (2017), Sometimes the World Ain't Enough (2018), Aeromantic (2020), and Aeromantic II (2021). In 2022, guitarist David Andersson passed away at the age of 47. The Night Flight Orchestra released their seventh studio album, Give Us the Moon, in January 2025 via Napalm Records.
