The Bitter Springs, an English rock group from Teddington, London, formed in 1985 as Last Party. The band changed their name to The Bitter Springs in 1995 with the release of the EP The Addison Brothers in 1996. Notable releases include "Absence Makes the Hair Grow Blonder" (1997) and "It's Business" (1997), along with the album Benny Hill’s Wardrobe (1999), which received critical acclaim, including being named album of the month in MOJO.
