Biography
The 4 Cats, a Lebanese allâfemale pop group formed in 1998 by Ghassan Rahbani, debuted with the single "Aâchra, Hdaâch, Tnaâch" from the album Tick Tick, which topped Arabic charts for over four months and sold more than one million copies. After successive lineup changes, the group released Night and Day (2000), I Have Been Waiting for So Long (2002), Oh Antar (2004), That's Life (2005), and It Got Very Hot (2007). Their 2007 film A Lion and Four Cats expanded their media presence. Following a hiatus, The 4 Cats returned in 2011 with "Longing for the Days," with a lineup that included Ellen Orfalian, Christine Akl, Muriel Ghanem, and Reine Achkar.
