The Tara Clerkin Trio is a British experimental trio formed in Bristol in 2020, consisting of Tara Clerkin (vocals, clarinet), Sunny Joe Paradisos (drums, percussion), and Patrick Benjamin (synthesizer). Their music blends post-rock, dub, ambient pop, jazz, trip-hop, folk, and unclassifiable electronic experiments. Emerging from Bristolâs independent music scene, the band gained recognition with their self-titled debut album released in 2020, followed by the critically acclaimed albums In Spring (2021), On the Turning Ground (2023), and the album Somewhere Good (2026).
