Susanne Blech, a German band founded by Timon Karl Kaleyta and Sebastian Maier, gained initial attention when producer Matthias Arfmann signed them to A-Jugend/Motor Music after hearing their song "Neuzeit." Their debut album Deutsche Renaissance â Ein Kanon was released in 2008 on Z-Music. In 2010, the band joined the VW Sound Foundation and released their second studio album Triumph der Maschine in 2012, featuring Egotronic and saxophonist Klaus Fiehe. They were nominated for the popUP NRW-Preis in 2012. The following years saw them supporting acts like Die Fantastischen Vier and Die Toten Hosen, releasing notable singles such as "Helmut Kohl" with a remix by Scooter. Their third album, Welt Verhindern, followed in 2014, with contributions from Benjamin von Stuckrad-Barre and Turbo B. In 2018, they released Ragazzi Di Vita, followed by the mini-album Die Innere Sicherheit in 2021 with Gregor Hildebrandt.
