Biography

Formed in Montpellier in 2017, French duo Supermassive comprises Edgar Joly (guitar, piano, drums) and Simon Aubert (electronics, guitar, bass). Between rock and electro, a first track "The One" carries the duo on social networks, followed in 2019 by "Reason". The videos posted on social networks attract millions of views and put the spotlight on the tracks "One Night Stand" (2020) and "Made of Gold" (2020), for which the two instrumentalists often surround themselves with vocalists, such as Juliette on "Out Loud" and "Take Me Back" in 2021 or Allison on "4:22 AM" in 2022. The following year, Supermassive produced a remix of Ofenbach's "I Ain't Got Now Worries" with R3hab , before producing his new track "Rockstar", which reached number 33 on Billboard's Top 40 Radio Dance & Mix Show Songs. Guest vocalist Ben Boas contributes to the following single "Deep Inside".
