Sumire Uesaka, born on December 19, 1991, in Kanagawa, Japan, is a Japanese voice actress and singer. Uesaka started her journey in September 2009 as a regular presence on radio program Web radio @ Dengeki-Bunko. In April 2011, she became a part of Space Craft Entertainment, taking on the role of radio personality on the web radio show A&G NEXT GENERATION Lady Go!! in October that year. Uesaka gained prominence by playing a leading role in the anime series Papa no Iu Koto wo Kikinasai!, lending her voice to the character Pravda in anime series Girls und Panzer two years later. April 2013 marked her singing debut under King Records, releasing her first album titled Kakumei Teki Broadway Shugisha Doumei (é©å½çããã¼ãã¦ã§ã¤ä¸»ç¾©è
åç) in 2014, which achieved a ranking of number 9 on the charts, featuring singles âNanatsu no Umi Yori Kimi no Umi (ä¸ã¤ã®æµ·ããããã®æµ·)â which peaked at number 13 on the Oricon charts, followed quickly by âGenshi, Joshi wa, Taiyou Datta. Over the following eight years, she continued to release several successful albums, including 20 Seiki no Gyakushuu (2014), No Future Vacances (2017), and NEO PROPAGANDA (2019). On October 26, 2022, she released her fifth album ANTHOLOGY & DESTINY, which landed at number 18, returning in 2023 with Love Crazy, seeing the title track going to number 16 and announcing that her EP HappyEnd Princess would be released on October 18 that same year.
