Sturmwehr, a right-wing rock band from Gelsenkirchen, was founded between 1993 and 1994 by Jens Brucherseifer and Rony Krämer. The band quickly established itself as one of the oldest and most prominent groups within the right-wing rock scene. Sturmwehr released their debut album Zerschlag Deine Ketten in 1995, marking the beginning of a prolific discography that includes over 30 studio albums. Notable releases include Nordland (1996), Donnergott (1996), and Deutschland (1998). Sturmwehr collaborated with various other bands in the scene, including Rheinwacht, Koma-Kolonne, Ruhrfront, and Siegeszug. The band's influence extended to political campaigns, with their music featured on the NPD's promotional CD Schnauze voll? Wahltag ist Zahltag! (2004).
