Stephanie McIntosh, born on July 5, 1985, in Sydney, Australia, is a singer and actress. She began her acting career at a young age, appearing in The Wilde Girls (2001) and the television show The Legacy of the Silver Shadow (2002). McIntosh's breakthrough role came in 2003 when she joined the cast of the Australian soap opera Neighbours, playing Sky Mangel. Her music career started in 2004 with her version of "Santa Claus Is Coming to Town" on The Spirit of Christmas 2004. In April 2006, McIntosh signed a multi-album deal with Universal Music Australia and released her debut single "Mistake", which debuted at Number 3 on the ARIA Charts and was certified Gold. Her debut album, Tightrope, was released in September 2006, peaking at Number 4 on the ARIA Albums Chart. The album also featured the singles "Tightrope" and "So Do I Say Sorry First?". McIntosh's acting career continued with roles in films like Liars All (2013) and Red Herring (2014), and she reprised her role as Sky Mangel in Neighbours for various anniversary episodes.
