Andrea Caravean "Dre" Babinski, born on August 26, 1985 in Los Angeles, California, is a singer-songwriter, violinist, and guitarist. She began her music career as part of the indie-rock group Dusty Rhodes and the River Band from Anaheim, California. In early 2015, Babinski started her solo project Steady Holiday, releasing her debut single "Your Version of Me" that November. Her first full-length album as Steady Holiday, Under the Influence, was released on June 24, 2016, produced by Gus Seyffert and featuring Josh Adams on drums. The album received critical acclaim and was named one of the top 100 "best albums of 2016" on Bandcamp. Babinski's subsequent releases include Nobodyâs Watching (2018) and Take the Corners Gently (2021).
