Biography

Speedway Blvd. was an American studio-only rock band formed in 1980, featuring session musicians assembled by bubblegum pop production duo Jeffry Katz and Jerry Kasenetz. The group included Dennis Feldman on bass and vocals, Glenn Dove on drums and percussion, Gregg Hoffman on guitar and vocals, Jordan Rudess on keyboards, and Roy Herring Jr. on percussion, piano, and vocals. Their debut and only album, Speedway Blvd., was released under Epic Records in 1980 but failed to achieve commercial success. Following the album's release, the band disbanded. Dennis Feldman later joined the band Balance.
