Skip Ewing is an American country singer and songwriter born as Donald Ralph Ewing on March 6, 1964 in Redlands. Ewing achieved professional recognition for a musical career characterized by country music. He achieved professional recognition for a career that began after he signed with the label MCA Records and the label Capitol Records in the mid-1980s. His recording career began with the debut studio recording The Coast of Colorado (1988).
