Biography

Seven Storey Mountain, an American rock group from Phoenix, Arizona, was formed in 1994 by Lance Lammers on vocals and guitar, Jesse Everhart on bass, and Thomas Lanser on drums. Their early releases included the self-titled EP Seven Storey Mountain (1996) and the LP Leper Ethics (1997), both released under Art Monk Construction. The group underwent several lineup changes in 1997 and disbanded in 1998. Lammers later reformed a new band, Seven Storey, which released Dividing By Zero (2002) on Deep Elm Records. In 2007, Lammers re-adopted the original name for the album At the Poles, recorded and performed solely by him. The EP A La Mierda was released in 2015. Lance Lammers died in June 2023.
