Sarah L. Buras, known professionally as Serabee, was born in Kiln, Mississippi, and is an American singer-songwriter. She began performing in her father's tent revivals and later led her family's gospel band, Sera and the Blue Jays. In 2003, she released her debut album Sera produced by Gary Katz. The following year, Serabee released Open On Sunday, featuring a title track co-produced by Peter Gabriel. In 2005, she wrote "Crazy Chick", which was recorded by Charlotte Church and reached number 2 on the UK Singles Chart. She signed with Universal Republic in 2009, releasing her album Serabee. Serabee became a contestant on NBC's reality talent show The Voice in April 2011, joining Blake Shelton's team. In 2022, she released Hummingbird Tea through Rabadash Records.
