Seidy La Niña (Seidy Carrera) is a Cuban singer, actress, and professional dancer born on July 4, 1994, in Havana (El Cotorro). She trained at Cubaâs ProDanza dance school and moved to Miami in 1999, building her first professional profile as a dancer on Spanish-language TV, including América TeVé productions such as El Show de Fernando Hidalgo and El MikimbÃn, plus appearances on Univisión and Telemundo. She also notched early competition wins on Sábado Giganteâs âPóngale el Ritmo,â and expanded into stage work, including performances linked to the Havana Nights Club circuit in Las Vegas and portraying a young Celia Cruz in the musical Celia, Su Música, Su Vida, Su Leyenda; she later won Univisiónâs reality show Viva la Diva. Her recording career began in 2014 with the single âRanpanpam,â a period interrupted by a serious car accident that left her in a coma for about a month, before she returned with âEnjoy the Rideâ (2018) and the Spanish-language single âTumbaoâ (2018), followed by âSolaâ and âEsto es muchoâ (2019). In her mid-2020s output, she released the albums CORRUPCIÃN (2025) and La Mulatica (2025), and she pushed into 2026 with La Patrona is Back (EP) plus singles including âNegroâ (2026)âa key calling card credited to Seidy Carrera as songwriter with production by Mr Ale On The Beatâalongside âAh Bueno!â and âQue Será de Tiâ (2026).
